Mark is an experienced leader of multi-disciplinary teams, including finance-focused data scientists. Mark is passionate about using technology to drive excellent results and improving how data is used to inform decision-making.
Rebecca Loveday
COO
Rebecca has led multi-million-pound change programmes across large organisations including digital, data, customer service and college sector financial stability. She has a legal background and currently completing her Masters in Business Administration. Rebecca joined Sigma 3 Digital because she wants to create an organisation that is agile, exciting and reflects her values of supporting and empowering employees, delivering a great customer experience, saving customers money, and investing in the local community.
Stam Bourgkis
CTO
Stam is an experienced Chief Technical Officer, qualified Microsoft Architect and digital leader. Stam’s career history includes technology roles at major insurance providers, FTSE100 companies, a digital consultancy and within the public sector. Stam’s passion is supporting those wanting to enter the digital profession and finding innovative solutions to problems for his clients.
